I totally hear you. 

I used to hate juicing too, and then realized it was because my body was pretty acidic. Too much alkalizing food did NOT sit well in my system because it was way too shocking for my body.

I don&#039;t know if that&#039;s the case for you or not, but it&#039;s something to throw out there. You can eat tons of traditionally healthy foods (seafood, grilled chicken, fruit, etc) and still have acidity in your body.

I ended up transitioning (and am still transitioning) by putting more fruits into my juices. I find adding pineapple to juices takes away all the yuck but still lets me get the important nutrients down my gullet. :)</description>

		<description>Great post Rachel!!  Especially since I&#039;m on a bit of a smoothie kick.  I tried juicing before but it&#039;s just not for me...guess my taste buds prefer the &#039;sweet&#039; of fruit and I do hide my spinach in there sometimes....guess I&#039;ve just never really been a big fan of veggies as a kid or really even as an adult, although I know I need them!!
