So there might be some cognitive dissonance if your self-report is coming out &quot;F&quot;, while you think you&#039;re a &quot;T&quot;.

You might want to check out the DISC profile if you want more &#039;personality lite&#039; type profiles, else something like the MMPI (Minnesota Multi-Phasic Inventory) with 478 items (and internal consistency measures would give you a true picture.
