A few years back,  I shared some master lists that my assistant made for me. I use these lists to scale designs across all kinds of campaigns.

For example, if I create a design that mentions a specific profession, such as a teacher, I can use the occupations list to find other jobs that I can plug into that same design template to create a whole bunch of new designs in other niches.

Say the original design has the following message: “I love being a teacher.” I can take that same template — “I love being a _____” — and insert into it pretty much any other profession that’s on the list:

  • “I love being a doctor”
  • “I love being a social worker”
  • “I love being a lawyer”
  • et cetera.

The master lists are useful because I don’t need to spend time wracking my brain trying to come up with as many different professions (or whatever the category might be) as I can.

Instead, I can refer to the master lists and simply run through all of the different options. Or, I can hand the lists off to my outsourcers to help them get the job done more efficiently.

The lists aren’t completely exhaustive, but they are a great starting point for the most popular items within each category.

The lists now include a total of 21 unique categories, with 7 new additions. The categories are…

  1. Hobbies
  2. Collecting
  3. Occupations
  4. Athletics
  5. Music
  6. Countries & Nationalities
  7. Dog Breeds
  8. Mixed Dog Breeds
  9. Cat Breeds
  10. Horse Breeds
  11. Fish
  12. Birds
  13. Reptiles & Amphibians
  14. Rabbit Breeds
  15. Mammals (NEW)
  16. Marsupials (NEW)
  17. Insects (NEW)
  18. Dinosaurs (NEW)
  19. Mythological/Legendary Creatures (NEW)
  20. Celestial Objects (Astronomy) (NEW)
  21. World Leaders (NEW)

These master lists can significantly improve the flow of your design-creation process. Just pick a category, create a design template, plug in all of the different items included in that category, and boom! You’ve got a whole bunch of new products to add to your inventory.

Remember, the Low Hanging System is a numbers game. The more products you list, the more opportunities you have to make sales.

You can access all of the master lists by filling out the opt-in form below.

What do you think of these master lists? Are there any categories you can think of that I should add? Leave a comment below and let me know. And if you enjoyed this post, please share it with your friends and followers!
