My problem is I’m finding it difficult to add anything new. But there are a couple of points I haven’t seen mentioned. The first is Rachel herself. Some people (I’m not one of them) seem to be able to ‘get ideas through to people’ easily. I don’t know if it was as easy as the videos made it look or if there was a lot of rehearsal and I don’t care. The end result is very effective. I found it very easy to absorb the information.
