I posted on Facebook the other day about how I am not going to be setting goals this year. Instead, I’m focusing on a few core feelings.

I posted the feelings on Facebook but I’ve since changed them up. Here’s the current list of feelings I want to focus on, for at least the next 30 days:

Connected (to me this means connected with other people, my body, friends, my intuition)

In creation (to me this means creating new things and also in sync with universal creation)

Healthy

Abundant

Miraculous

I also wrote up a list of what I love to do:

– Help people

– Teach

– Write

– Read fiction

– Inspire people

– Create

– Learn

– Post on Facebook (random, I know. ;))

So, to make sure I do something about these feelings, I’ve created an action plan of sorts. Every day on Facebook (and probably here) for the next 30 days, I’m going to be posting 3 things:

# 1: A random act of kindness I did that day.

This meets several of the things on my “love to do” list: help people, create, and inspire.

It also meets several of my core desired feelings: I get to be more connected to people, it can create miracles for everyone involved, and creates a feeling of abundance. Sometimes it also fulfills my creation desire.

#2: Confirmation that I finished at least 15 minutes of yoga.

This helps me meet some of my core desired feelings – connected (with my body) and abundant by doing an exercise that I enjoy.

#3: What I did to be “in creation” that day.

This helps me be in creation. :) It may mean I create something, or journal in the morning, meditate, or whatever.

I suspect it’s also going to create the feeling of abundance.

Posting all of this every day, of course, also helps me feel connected and in creation. :)

So, with all that said… it’s time for me to go do 15 minutes of yoga. :)
