I decided to quit the juice fast after 4.5 days. It just wasn’t working for me.

I made the first video a few hours ago, and then spoke to my friend Joshua, who inspired me to add more – hence the 2nd video. :)

(I’m sorry about the lighting the second time, I wasn’t thinking about any of it as it was totally impromptu. I’m wearing my PJ’s in it. ;))

 

 

 

This was an excellent learning experience for me and I thank you for letting me share it with you. :)

  1. Im on day 2 of my juice fast. Going okay. I was light headed in the mornings, and the lack of a "4th meal" aka junk id eat before bed has me tempted. I'm glad to e your blog. I learned it was normal for food dreams! And its okay to listen to your body for signs to stop early. Currently a goal of 3 days, but i'm going to see how long this juice fast can take me! Wish me luck!

  2. What’s neat about your experience was the culmination of everything you gained even though it wasn’t what you thought you would gain from your large commitment.

    Just to clarify on my commitment statements, instead of my old huge grandiose commitments (which I still do make) I make smaller ones first to explore and take baby steps and then extend it to the larger ones if it makes sense for me. ;o)
