I just made a post that I think could go on either blog, so I put it on Radiating Royalty but am mentioning it here.
Basically, I’ve been doing an exercise that takes 10 minutes per day and has MASSIVE payoff.
It helps you:
- Feel much more comfortable in your own skin
- Feel grateful for ALL emotions – “good” AND “bad”…
- Reach new goals (as you don’t have things blocking you)
It’s a free exercise (though I do recommend reading the book – I think it’s under $10).
