Just throwing this out in case it helps anyone:

One of my favorite routines for when I’m trying to get clarity on anything:

I write down, right before bed, whatever I want to get answers for.

Overnight, I let my subconscious work on it. And as soon as I wake up, I grab the notebook on my nightstand and write down everything coming through me. This might take anywhere from 5-30 minutes.

Then I’ll go do some yoga, and often more ideas will come up as I’m stretching.

I make sure to not touch any electronics or anything that can take my brain away from 100% focus on what I want clarity on.

It never fails me.
