Someone recently asked on Instagram about my favorite print-on-demand suppliers, so I made a quick doc for them—and decided to share it here, too.
These aren’t pulled from a 100-vendor spreadsheet.
They’re not AI-generated or “just Google it” answers.
They’re my go-to suppliers—the ones I’ve made thousands of sales with.
Let’s dive in….
#1: CustomHappy (My OG Baby)
I actually created CustomHappy years ago. I did it for a few reasons, but a large one was to help people in my Low Hanging System program get affordable, US-based fulfillment—especially for mugs, tumblers, ornaments, and other giftables that weren’t flooding the market yet.
I sold it (long story), but I still use them today—especially when it comes to high-converting, unique products.
Best things to sell from CustomHappy:
- Candles
- Teddy bears, panda bears, etc
- Ornaments (flat and 3D—so great for evergreen gifts)
- Pet mats, license plate frames, clipboards, and other weird gems you can’t find everywhere
Why I love them:
- Based in the US
- Great pricing (especially if you want to scale)
- Surprisingly fast fulfillment times
- And… they get POD buyers. You don’t have to explain why “Ferret Mom Energy” needs to go on a magnet. ;)

This is my go-to for testing new products quickly. If I want to try something I haven’t listed before—or if I want faster mockups, more integrations, or just need to move fast—I’ll use PrintProductsFast.
Why I like it:
- Easy to integrate
- Huge catalog (great for experimentation)
- Decent turnaround times
Would I build an empire with them? Probably not. I prefer CustomHappy because I know the owners, love them, and trust the quality.
But if you want to test designs without a huge commitment? It’s solid.
Final Thoughts: Pick 1–2 Suppliers and Go Deep
You don’t need 10 suppliers.
You need 1–2 that work.
Start with the one that feels easiest to set up.
Scale with the one that performs.
And always, always sell to people who already want what you’re making.
With love + containers that convert,
Rachel
