I thought I’d share some resources that move the print on demand needle with you today.
These are all things I actively use – some are free, some I pay for, and they’re all awesome. Hopefully one or more helps you. :)
For Etsy:
- Everbee – I love this tool for product research, to see what’s selling + how much it’s making, and for product ideas
- ProfitTree – all-in-one Etsy growth tool that tracks profits, optimizes ads, and will soon provide AI-powered product research so sellers can quickly find, launch, and scale winning products. It’s normally $360/year, that link gets you $67 for life.
- Templett – We use this to fulfill printable products on our Etsy stores.
For Amazon:
- SellerBoard – I once saw a Reddit thread where someone asked what everyone’s #1 Amazon tool was and this one came up the most. I love it for clear, real-time profit tracking and expense breakdowns so you actually know what you’re earning instead of guessing. This is really awesome for more advanced sellers.
- SpotNiches – Well, I pay another tool for API access for this. But I love SpotNiches for finding high-search products with low competition. I know it’s slow but it’s because it does so much work. Normally $97, I linked you to the $297/lifetime version.
For Design:
- Picsplosion – I still use this for super simple designs.
- Canva – This is reliable + easy for coming up with designs
- Imagine.art, Lovart, Ideogram– I play with all of these at different times. :)
For Writing:
- Claude – I use this for product descriptions (honestly better than ChatGPT for this)
- ChatGPT – good for brainstorming and research
For Fulfillment:
- CustomHappy – US-based, fast, reliable (my go-to) – I sold this company but I still use them almost exclusively
- PrintProductsFast – I’ll use this company to test out new products.
For Focus:
- Focusmate – You get matched up with someone and tell them what you’re going to get done in the next 25, 50, or 75 minutes. It’s extraordinary for productivity. I’m in a 75 minute session as we speak. :)
- Neuro Mints – The first time I tried these they didn’t work but now they do. haha. They help me with turbo-focus.
Was this helpful for you? I could do a Part 2 if so – just hit reply and let me know.
Sometimes the best thing to do on a rainy day is organize your toolbox. :)
