Resizing photos is a common task when it comes to managing print-on-demand listings. You need to have properly sized and optimized images to ensure your products look their best and load quickly on various platforms. Bulk Resize is a tool that can simplify this process.

- Choose the images you want to resize and upload them from your device

Use Vela to edit your Etsy listings in bulk
You can bulk edit your listings’ titles, tags, descriptions, and more all at once. You can also create variation profiles. Vela integrates with the Etsy API to safely edit all of your desired listings in just a few clicks.
To connect Vela to your Etsy shop, go to the Integrations section of your Etsy Shop Manager and click Vela under where it says “Understand and manage your inventory and analytics.” Then, click “Learn more at Vela” and sign up for a Vela account.
Click the “Connect Etsy” button and “Allow Access.” Vela will then import your shop’s data. That way, you can easily modify your listings, saving you tons of time and hassle.

Use IFTTT (If This Then That) and Zapier to automate specific Amazon and Etsy tasks
IFTTT
IFTTT essentially operates as “middleware,” or a way to connect things that don’t normally connect. This tool makes it so every time you take one action, another action happens, thus saving you time and effort.
To use IFTTT, go to the App Store and download IFTTT. You can get it for Android here or for iOS here. You can also visit IFTTT.com and create an account that way.
Next, depending on what you want to use IFTTT for, you’ll likely have to link certain things, like your social media profiles or email account.
From there, IFTTT gives you automation recommendations. Or, you can search for whatever you think you might be interested in or browse by category. Then, just turn on the automations you want to use and follow the prompts. You can use it for certain Amazon and Etsy automations, including…
New sale notice from Amazon as a text for FBA sellers
If you do FBA, you can set up this automation to get a text every time you make a sale. FTTT suggests setting your phone to notify you by making the “ka-ching” sound.
You’ll need to give IFTTT permission to access your SMS. Then, you’ll need to input your phone number and click “Send PIN.” Within a few seconds, you should get a text with a 4-digit pin. You’ll need to enter this into IFTTT to link your phone.
Notify when an item sells on Amazon Seller Central
With this automation, any time you sell a mug or anything else on Amazon, the automation searches your Gmail for a message from [email protected]. Then, it sends you a notification via iOS once you link your phone.
Log Etsy sales in Google Drive
This automation makes it so all your Etsy transaction emails load into a Google Drive spreadsheet. The results aren’t perfect, however. So you may need to edit the body so the spreadsheet columns are right. You’ll also need to give IFTTT permission to access your Google Sheets.
Etsy order -> calendar
This automation creates a due date event on your Google calendar for when your Etsy orders need to be shipped. The calendar event includes both shipping and order info. Just give IFTTT permission to access your Google Calendar. Then, select which calendar you want the events to be added to.
