One of my favorite litmus tests is, “Do I feel like royalty right now?” If not – what can I do to change that? This isn’t coming from an arrogant or holier-than-thou space. It’s coming from a commitment to feel my personal best. The “royalty” angle is a beautiful, tangible way to judge this. For
