In my Etsy shops, I sometimes get requests for gift notes to let customers specify who a gift is for and who it’s from. I haven’t provided this service in the past. But then I started thinking why haven’t I?

Gift notes would be easy to create. And providing them would be an awesome way to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage more five-star reviews. So I had one of my assistants create an Etsy gift note template series that I’d like to share with you.

The gift note templates pertain to a wide variety of holidays and occasions, including Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, weddings, baby showers, new jobs, and more, and they are customizable using Canva.

You can ask your Etsy customers who their orders are intended for and who they are from. Then, you can add those names to the templates, creating customized gift notes to go with your customers’ orders.

These gift note templates are super easy to edit and use, and I walk you through that process below.
